Material Description of this Project

All pipe connection is one side welded, one side slide type, working length from seal face to seal face.  steel pipe manufacture way is PTFE pipe through in API 5L seamless pipe, after standing 48 hours in normal temperature, after the PTFE pipe finish Expansion and Contraction , then get the end finished.  after finish every  pipe will be pass 2000V Spark detection to ensure all the pipe are qualified. fittings is made from mould type. all the liner will be  PTFE powder  high pressure compacting. so the thickness will higher than steel pipe liner. Each pipe give a serial number according to project inquiry list, to ensure the install part can find the exactly pipe according to packing list.
