Manufacturing process of steel lined PTFE tube
The steel lined PTFE tube can be produced from small diameter to large diameter, so what is its manufacturing process
1. Use a lathe to cut the PTFE rod material produced by molding into a thin strip, and wind the PTFE thin strip on a pre-designed size mold by manual or mechanical methods;
2. After reaching the required thickness, use the same method to wrap three to four layers of alkali-free glass ribbon on the outside, and tie the outer layer with iron wire;
3. It is sent to the sintering furnace for forming, and after sintering, it is taken out and cooled with water;
4. Use manual or mechanical methods to demould, then insert the steel pipe and finish after turning the edge.
Steel-lined tetrafluoroethylene pipes are mainly made of thin films turned from PTFE rods, wound and sintered to form, suitable for normal pressure and positive pressure conveying pipelines.
