Spray coating material can be PTFE,ECTFE,PFA,FEP,PVDF, ETFE.There is a very high binding force
between the coating and the metal,which can not be removed by external forces.The adhesion of metal and
coating is characterized by good negative pressure resistance, which solves the defects such as drum lifting
and falling off caused by insufficient binding force between tetrafluorin layer and metal base of traditional
lining process.
Spray coating process
Spray coating is is a very mature technology. Before spraying, equipment need sand blasting surface
roughness, coating a layer of special primer, then put the fluorine plastic powder by high voltage electrostatic charging equipment, and under the action of electric field, uniform
adsorption on the processing of the workpiece surface, after high temperature baking, plastic particles
will melt into a dense layer of protective layer firmly attached to the surface, for example, 1 mm thick film
also requires repeated 5 to 6 times of spraying and baking, finally can spray to 1-2 mm as usual.
